Declutter Your LIFE: Time, Mind and Emotional Management
In order to successfully maintain a “Clutter free” life we must first improve time management skills, change unhelpful thought patterns, and learn how to effectively communicate our feelings. In this training we will examine the unhelpful thinking patterns and mental and emotional habits that cycle
us into procrastination, ineffective use of our time, and poor communication — all resulting in stress and anxiety.
